How to Play

Witchy is a charming magical shooter starring a young witch and her black cat on a mission to save Halloween. Ten precious amulets have been stolen, and recovering them means flying through four enchanted worlds packed with monsters. Waves of creatures swoop in from all sides, and your witch answers with a steady stream of spells while weaving between their attacks. When the screen gets crowded, a magic bomb clears the way in a flash, so saving one for emergencies is always wise. Each world ends with a powerful boss that tests your dodging skills and your patience. Between battles you can upgrade your spells to make them stronger, which becomes essential as the later worlds grow more dangerous. Its cute style and classic arcade feel make it a delight for players of all ages.

Controls

On desktop, move with the Arrows, or WASD through the Options. Hold A, Z or Space to fire, with A firing only in Arrow mode. Press B or X for a bomb and P or Esc to pause. On mobile, use the D-pad to move, hold A to fire and press B for a bomb. Gamepads use the stick or D-pad to move, A to fire, B to bomb and Start to pause.

Tips

1. Save a bomb for boss attacks that fill the screen.
2. Upgrade your main spell before anything else.
3. Keep weaving gently instead of making big sudden moves.
