How to Play

I Get You is a mischievous platformer in which the level itself is out to get you. The stage watches you with its own eyes, chats away and springs every trap with its own body, so the ground beneath your feet might open wide, ripple unexpectedly or blow you off a ledge with a sudden sneeze. Doors are not always what they seem either. You will be caught out often, and that is the point: each failure reveals another of the level's tricks, and the next attempt is a little wiser. Respawns are instant and a counter keeps a cheeky tally of every fall. Beat a level and it is wiped away for good, though the deleted ones have a habit of returning in a bad mood. Forty short levels make it a perfect mix of laughs and frustration.

Controls

Move with the Arrow keys or A and D. Jump with Space, W, the Up arrow or Z, and hold for a higher jump. Press Esc or P to pause, R to restart, M to mute and F for fullscreen. On mobile, use the on-screen buttons.

Tips

1. Expect every safe-looking spot to hide a trick and move carefully.
2. Remember what caught you last time and plan around it.
3. Use short hops near ledges until you know how the level reacts.
