How to Play

Block Fusion is a block placement puzzle played on a square grid. Three shapes appear in a tray, and you place them one by one onto the board. Whenever a row or a column is completely filled, it clears away and frees space, and clearing several lines in a row builds a combo multiplier for much higher scores. All three pieces must be placed before new ones arrive, so the danger is ending up with a shape that fits nowhere. A ghost preview shows where a piece will land, which helps with careful planning. Across ten levels the grid grows from eight by eight to ten by ten, more colors appear and the score targets climb. Three lives give some room for mistakes, and progress is saved automatically between sessions.

Controls

Drag blocks from the tray to the grid, or press 1, 2 or 3 to select a piece and then click the grid to place it.

Tips

  1. Keep a large open area for long straight pieces that can arrive at any time.
  2. Place the most awkward shape first while the tray still gives you options.
  3. Aim for clears on rows and columns together to stack the combo multiplier.
