How to Play

Brain Jam is a sliding puzzle set in a jammed parking lot. Every car sits in a fixed lane and can only roll forward or backward along it, never turn. Your goal is to open a clear route for the red car and slide it out through the exit on the right side of the lot. That usually means moving several other cars first, and often moving one car twice: once out of the way, and again later when the space it now fills is needed. A playful extra runs alongside the puzzle, a counter that playfully guesses how much energy your thinking uses up, and it climbs faster the longer you study the board without moving. Finishing in the par number of moves earns a perfect bonus. There are 120 carefully checked levels plus a shared Daily Puzzle, and with no timer or lives the pace is entirely yours.

Controls

Use the mouse or touch to drag a car along its lane. Cars move only forward and back. Press Hint to see the next good move.

Tips

1. Work backward from the exit and find which cars block the red car's row.
2. Move the cars that block several others before the single blockers.
3. Use Hint for one step only, then try to finish the level on your own.
