How to Play

The Rise Of Zombies flips the usual survival story around and puts you in charge of the horde. Starting small, your zombies shamble across the map, and every survivor they reach joins the crowd, swelling your numbers. You do not control each zombie directly; instead you set a waypoint and the whole horde heads toward it, so choosing good targets and safe routes is the real skill. The humans are not helpless. They roam, panic and fight back, and during the day their aim is noticeably better, while at night they become weaker and easier to overwhelm. Meteors fall from the sky now and then, and guiding the horde to them unlocks mutations that make your zombies faster and stronger. Each match plays out differently, rewarding patience as much as aggression.

Controls

Click on the map or on meteors to set your horde's waypoint. Move the mouse to the screen edges to move the camera. Press P or use the buttons to pause or resume, and M or the button to mute or unmute sound.

Tips

1. Wait for night before attacking well defended groups.
2. Collect meteors early to unlock helpful mutations.
3. Target lone survivors first to grow the horde safely.
