How to Play

Nutty Rush Kart is a bright kart racer starring a cast of woodland critters. Choose one of twelve racers, then build a kart to suit your style by mixing and matching body shells, wheel sets, side panels, launchers and gliding wings. Forty tracks are spread over eight worlds, and each world ends in a five-race cup. Nuts lying on the track are your ammunition: grab them and launch them at the racer in front, or fire one backward to shake off someone closing in. Drifting through corners charges a boost that you release on the exit, and speed pads give a free burst to anyone who lines up on them. Combining clean drifts with well timed shots is the way to the top of the podium, and building the right kart for each world helps just as much as quick reactions.

Controls

Press W or the Up Arrow to accelerate, steer with A and D or the Left and Right Arrows, and use S or the Down Arrow to brake and reverse. Hold Space or Shift to drift and release for a boost. E fires a nut forward and Q fires one backward. P or Esc pauses and R puts you back on the track. Touch screens use an on-screen wheel.

Tips

1. Fire nuts backward when a rival is right behind you on a straight.
2. Release drift boosts as you leave the corner, not in the middle of it.
3. Steer over speed pads even if it means taking a slightly wider line.
